This once unusable backyard was turned into a beautiful outdoor living environment complete with a pool, gardens and an extensive entertainment area. When spaces are properly organized, it is amazing the use you can get out of them.

The goal for this project was to create a fusion between spaces to create maximum usability and upmost sophistication. A pool was added to the yard, new hardscaping was done and a once non-usable walkout basement pit was transformed into a zen spa space.

Lothrop Road Residence

The goal for this landscape design was to create an environment that looked like it had been there for years and nestled the house into the land. These photos were taken only one season after everything was installed.

Our idea was to salvage and restore the old pool seen in these pictures that was originally planned to be removed. Using cleanline architecture, we're able to use the pool to create a sculptural focal point and a truly zen environment.

A once plain backyard is now a beautiful oasis. We re-designed an old covered space to become a functional lanai. A pool was designed off the architecture of the house with a fire pit patio connecting all of the spaces architecturally.

The theme of this property was to provide a simple green and white palette to compliment this sophisticated home. Subtle layers do a nice job of presenting the house. Simple materials in the rear, create a clean and comfortable living space.

This previously stale and unorganized backyard is now a sophisticated outdoor oasis. Interesting uses of wood, stone and other masonry elements bring this space together. A revitalization of the pool was also done to create a fresh look.
